okey i know my title is kinda lame~ haha..
what i ate today?
brekkie: handful of strawberries+ cup a tea(unsweetened)
lunch: steam chicken + vege(cauliflower+carrot)
dinner: steam chicken + handful of grape.
as usual fer lunch n dinner i cook together and divide to two
portion. i marinate chicken with ginger,shallot,garlic,pinch of
salt and pepper. i throw everything in aluminium foil and
30mins in oven, its done. Voila!
