i dont care. yes i dun give a damn bout it.
yesterday was a victory fer me. cos i ate
brekkie: 1kiwi+1orange+unsweetened coffee
lunch: 1 slice beef(fat trimmed) + cabbage
dinner: 1 slice grilled chic breast+cabbage(again)
and still i felt i i ate alot and dz morning i lost 2lbs more.
n i love it damn much!
