nowadays i have developed new habit..
that i like to throw food...
i know its unpolite...
ex:
its lunch time and my stomach
was growling.. so i went cafe...
bougt chilli tofu strip..and a cup of mixed fruit.
bring it to my desk.
and then i look at those..
im hungry but cant be eating both..
chilli tofu strip was cooked in oil n chilli
while fruit are all natural...
so i throw the tofu strip.
ate half cup of fruit..
the other half at 4pm...
but im glad i did it.
i dun wanna be fatter..
i wanna lose weight..
i wanna be beautifull..
