phewww...

brekkie: 250ml low fat milk + 1 dates
lunch: hot tea + 2 dates
dinner: 3"x3" cheesecake ( WTF )!

bout the cheesecake, yasterday L0ve bought it as a suprise for me.
like i said bef he said he rarely saw im eating(which is i dun think so).
so here i am. ate them half yasterday n the other half jz now. WTF!
so no  more anything for me..

brekkie: 7am: 1 glass strawberry milk
             10am: 1 tub 0% fat (100kcal)
lunch: 1 serving fish + 3 dates
dinner: japan cheesecake 3"x3"(DAMN!!!!!!!!)


Today i had date n i feel so energetic. no need sugar anymore n i no longer feel dizzy. i think my intake around 800kcal. tomorrow for brekkie i l only take dates n milk. wish me luck.

dates diet

helo helo.. has anyone ever heard of it? none. cus i invented it haha.

well to cut the story. i am feeling dizzy n no energy last few days.
so i decided to have dates rather than bread,pasta rice.
so im trying to only have milk, yoghurt and dates only. coffee is unlimited 
cos i use artificial sweetener n keeping 
the calories under 500. huhu long journey...

brekkie: 1/2 serving tosai + 1 cup nescafe
lunch: 5 ikea meatball(without fries) + 3  spoon spaghetti + 1/2 seving choc mousse

today my love cuddle me n tell me he wanna shower with me. he said miss me like alot . i know he really loves me. but i just cant cos my body is like shit n i hate it. i hate my arm. i hate my tummy. i hate my hips.


p/s: i l try not to eat anymore today. start on wed i l fast till friday. pre lunch my weight 188lbs. not dare enuf to weight post. huhu

brekkie: 1 cup cucumber
lunch: 1 seving siakap + spicy gravy
dinner: diet coke
supper(nite shif): kuey teow goreng 1 serving.

i think my intake around 1000kcal. which is alot. damn!

cellulite n weight in

to tell the truth my started weight is 198lbs. then till today i managed to lost some weight. dz morning my scale showed 189lbs. n i yes im happy. but still not my target.. long way to go.. i have cellulite all over my tight,arm, ass. hate it. to think again i shud have a more intense plan to faster my weight loss. so i read other blog n decided to give vegan diet a try. only soup,steam,grill o baked. for bout 1 week. well give it a try. anyway i lost 10lbs but rather slow..

planning

im planning to lose around 20lbs i a month. is it posibble? i think i can do it.
but of course i ll really have to watch i eat. i've done it before. this how i did it previously:

brekkie: 2 toast(wholegrain) + 1 hard boiled egg
lunch: 1 toast(wholegrain) + 1 hard boiled egg
dinner: usually vege soup with few chicken shredded (or chicken salad).

i think i have to do it again cos on april i have a big day. to tomorrow strict clean diet ok!

ni idea aku dapat dari youtube. ade sorang minah saleh ni dia berjaya kuruskan badan dalam 100hari. inspire me alot... she got herself trainer. tp aku buat sendiri jela. kena jaga makan n excecise...

hari ni try kontrol makan

brekkie- 2 boiled egg
lunch-1 can tuna mayones
snack-chicken sllice,broccoli\
dinner- 2 sausages+ 1 coffee (no sugar added)

p/s: cepatla kurus weh.. aku boring tgk baju2 lama xbleh pakai...

awak pregnant ke????

huhu salam semo.. hari ni nak update.. sedih sgt....

hari ni ade my office mate ty cm2 kat aku.. event tho aku da lose 'a bit' weight tapi still not enuf...
aduhai badan.. kenape la ko turun berat slow sgt.. aku benci sgt kene judge dgn org mcm tu..
kawan aku tu pregnant juga.. malunya.. malu sgt.. terasa mcm nak buat atkin diet balik... time buat atkin
dulu berat trun... sshhhoooshhh---------->cepat sangat. 1 week bleh trun 3-5kg. tapi kena bebetul jaga carbs.
waaaa malunye... apelah nasibku.. geram. geram sgt. maybe bcos dulu aku penah kurus. orang suka agaknya tgk aku jadi losers mcm ni. n bleh tease aku mcm... wawawawa!

my routine

erm ni aku pnye cadangan jela. start esok. tapi ade gak yang aku dah start dr 2 minggu lepas.


morning before ke tempat keje:
1 gelas(300ml) susu HL.

breakfast:
2toast + 1 1/2 scramble egg.

lunch:
2 toast + 1 1?2 scramble egg

dinner:
chicken soup.


Salam 2012 dan haku gegeh berdiet


Sekarang aku masih gigih berdiet wlupn hasilnya nan ado.. 2minggu turun 2kg..
Gamaknya da stok badan makcik2… metabolisma trun.. lemak pun mcm xmo meninggalkan diriku lagi. Wawawawa hepi  dudok dengan aku.. xpi xpela aku berjanji nak buat comeback balik. Till dz date brat aku dah trun 3kg. itu pun setelah bersusah payah…

Time cuti okayla aku bleh mkn n masak dengan naman kat umah. Kalo time keje lak snng je stail aku skrg. Nite b4 aku akan masak 3 biji telur bt scramble n ltak bawang, sayur byk2..  pastu aku bawak 4keping roti makan ntuk breakfast n lunch. Dinner plak aku buat la sup2. Contoh sup ayam n kentang. Aku rebus je sume. Taruk lada hitam byk2 n garam secukup rasa. Nanti kalo aku dah kurus letak gambo kat blog eh. Muahhhh.
