strict diet calling!

hello guys. im back! from vacay. the place was so beautiful....
but i also gain few weight(i think so).. but i still manage to fit
all my clothes. so starting from tomorrow im gonna be pro ana



(hehe)plz dun be angry with. its just for 1-2 week until i lost whatever
i has gain. and decided to do dz diet:

brekkie: 1 hard boiled egg
lunch: 1 can tuna light
dinner: 1 low fat sausage.


but fer dinner im thinking of having protein shakes. cos here at
my place they dun have low fat sausages.(so sad)...

weight in!

hello guys, dz morning i weight myself and i lost 2lbs. dats okay since
i know dz week i dun really eat clean. but i will try harder nx week
when im back from vacay...

tom im going. so plz dun miss me. haha? i did'nt know if there's
people been reading dz blog.

now 1.30am in the morning n im still packing my stuff. so sleepy
but i cant sleep yet. love in other world edi. he finished packing.
guess guys did'nt bring too much thing. haha.

dz what im eating today

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1 egg
snacks: 1 small cheese tart + fish crackers
lunch: 1 small bowl berm porridge + mango
dinner: 2 wholemeal bread + tuna light

p/s: today is a cheat day cos i read in other sites that when dieting
people need to have i days cheat day every 2weeks and it will kick
ur metabolism up.

aching!

hello guys. my body was ache all over. i think its due to my so called
'excercise' yesterday. hehe.

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1egg
lunch: soup(beef + potato) + 1 huge slice watermelon
dinner: grill chicken salad  + 1/2 boiled potato

im not keen to eat either. i just take food so that i dun feel hungry
later at nite. 10am i took watermelon(snacks). and before bed gonna take
250ml milk.

i think im gonna weight myself tomorrow. so.... wait for a gud newsssssss!!!!!!!!!

my weight????

well i really wanna weight myself. but guess i need to be patient.

huhu please come fast thurday morning...

real exercise!

okay. today i make a real exercise. here's the story.

my frens need to do some transaction at the bank. so i told her why
dont i followed her since i have a vacay dz thurs. so i accompany her.

to HELL it was far(we walked!!!). i think its more than 5 km. when
we got back at my workplace our uniform was wet out. like we jz
walked trough the rain. phewww....

 then we packed some lunch at a shop beside the bank.
i tell u the food was nice and so many choices. they got
beef and chicken kabubs, fried bread(with gravy),
various rice and noodle. but i only grab mineral water, 1 slice
watermelon and beef stew( 1 small bowl). and i also packed
rice fer love. he say it was sooo nice(happy). and here's my
meal today;

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1 egg+ 1 banana
lunch: 1 wholemeal bread + 1 small bowl stew beef + 1 slice watermelon
dinner: 1 boiled potato+1boiled egg+ 1banana

p/s: at last i finished the banana. phewwwww...

lunch and dinner!

hy all,

yester day i went out for few shopping with love, it was wonderful.
he choose a nice dress fer me. and he paid for it! it was a purple color.

and here's my lunch n dinner;

lunch: 1 wholemeal bread + egg n mushroom + 1banana
dinner: grilled chicken salad + 1 boiled potato + 1banana

p/s: i just bought banana. so ate them before they rotten.

sunday morning

hi..

its sunday morning. love asked me if i wanna get out fer brekkie
and have mcd brekkie. i said no n sat down hav my healty brekkie
while he also have wholemeal bread + milo. dats okay. he's not fat.

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1 egg + 1 handful grapes.

and did u know that if u eat ur fruit before ur meal it will up
ur metabolism.

k bye. im goin out to buy some new clothes for our vac nx week!

how to prepare your food

ok guys, maybe u ll be wondering "how can she lose 8lbs in 5 days.
so here's how;


  1. no oil (any)
  2. no sugar
  3. eat only boiled, steam or grill food
  4. take time and have 1 serving of fruit during lunch/dinner.
  5. eat your meal slowly.

more tips tomorrow. i m sleepy now...

back to eat clean dinner

nite guys, love has fall asleep like 1 hrs ago. but me still awake.
since i ate out during lunchtime, and today/tomorrow is a off day
from work. so i decided to clean entire house.

yes, entire house as part of my excercise today..

3 rooms, 1 kitchen , n 1 storeroom. phewwwwwwwww...

then fer dinner: 1 potato + soup(chicken + enoki mushroom)

as usual bef bed i had 250ml milk. all was super yummy today.

so thats all and i hope to lose me weight bef my vacay nx week...

why me no excercise???

okay fwens, today i wanna tell u a bit bout my life.

see, everywhere u all see on fb, blogs,google or tv, they say if you
wanna lose weight healtyly and safe, do include some excercise.
as fer me, i dun really need them cos my work consists of walking,
running, lifting and bending alot. like ALOT!!!!

seriously. n my lifting could be up to 60lbs in 1 time. so count
 bebeh how many calories i burnt  in a day.

and again if ur work only need you to sit down all day at desk,
plz do get some excercise. its good for ur heart... n u ll lose
weight faster than ever.

eating my lunch out..

hello guys... today i went shopping mith love. i really notice i got more stamina.
as fer me i dun really like eating out cos i cant control my calories intake. i tried
to eat as clean as i can.

and today i told love that he have to choose 1 meal outside. only brekkie or
lunch. so he chose lunch. (he so prone to rice). so here's my meal;

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1 egg
lunch: 1 tofu with oyster sauce + roasted chicken + 1 small plum.

so back to eat clean fer dinner. okayyyy...

WTFish...(update fer dinner)

hello guys... so i went out at 5.30pm.. n guess what....


i found a Salmon.. yeay fer me... \

dinner: 1 slice (1cm thick) grilled salmon + 1 potato + broccoli..

yummy.yummy.yummy. its a suprise fer me cos i never tought that eating like
dz is not bad at all.. its taste supper yummy and no guilt at all..

i dun know fer u people. but as fer me if i ate badly during the day,
before bedtime i ll feel so guilty that i cried why does i even ate
well u know, burger, fries, carbonated drink n all fried food.
but not this 5 days. im so happy.

n i told you people that before bed i drank 300mls of HL Marigold milk.
but now not that much. i only take 250ml. 300mls was too much fer to
handle. i kept goin to toilet.

i think that all fer now u guys, n if u r reading, plz drop me some message...

5th day eat clean diet

today is the 5th day of my eat clean diet, n so far i didnt weight myself yet.
i wanna wait till next monday. then next thursday i m off to holiday till sunday.
phewwww i really hope on monday my weight will be less at least 5lbs. cos
dz time i ate real clean. only real food. nothing from can or processed food.

i didnt even ate a drop of oil(any, not even olive). i didnt have any coffee,
 this was real hard. i ate only fesh fruit, fresh vege, wholemeal bread and potato.
not even rice. damn. dz is hard for me. i really adore proana girl. i mean how
could they be fasting for 5 days. man. dats real hard.


and what i ate today?

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1 egg
lunch: 1 wholemeal bread + 1 egg + 1 medium banana
dinner?


for dinner i plan to have fish or chicken soup. i l see if the store near my house
got fresh fish, then i l have grilled fish and potato n iceberg lettuce.

what i ate today n super bz life.

hello guys...

next few month i ll be conducting a course. so i need to be beau for that course.
and today im really happy with myself. why? cos...

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1 egg
lunch: soup(cauliflower + 1 egg) and 1 boiled potato.
dinner: fruit salad(strawberry + grape only, without dressing)

and now the habbit to drink milk before bed. i m so in love with HL marigold.
its milk without the cow smell. hehe

nervous

so guys. im nervous what is my weight now. i planned to weight myself next mon.
cos i wish to give my body sometime before i check my weight n be disappointed.

for me i think 2kg is enuf for me n i ll be so happy. but i wish to lose 20kg.
and yes i have done that bef n definately will do that again. i target to get that in
4 months. *praying*

and i think u all can see how much i love fruits. i love fruits so much. but i cant eat them
so much cos fruit have quite high carbs. so i limited them only 1 serving during lunch and dinner.

some ppl really hate carbs. i read in other sites where the do their diet with no carbs at all.
i mean its hard to see they wrote they ate fried chicken and omellette all day. its weird.
how can they digest it. i mean i rather hate oil than carbs. carbs make me happy.
and good carbs from milk and fruit make make my skin, hair n nail beautiful.
i wanna be beau n healty. the other girl i saw have lots of pimple after she lost weight.
i mean whats the point being thin n ugly(yes i know i am mean). but please, do something
good for your body. u cant simply buy other body and live with it.

and again, i dun hate carbs. i love it.

yippeee for today -too-

so here's another yippee for me today cos i had another day of 'eat clean'.
i think its the longest so far (weee).

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1 egg
lunch: 1 boiled potato + 1 egg + fresh fruit(star fruit/guava)
dinner: chicken soup [chicken(trimmed fat)/potato] + 1 medium banana

its all so yummy n i had snacks handful of starwberries around 60kcal.

tomorrow i l plan to have cauliflower during lunch time.

its time of the month..

well for ladies. dz is the most horrible time of the monthh. u ll feel ugly.
fatter. mood swings.. all becoz of the period.

but the only good thing it did was---------- loss of apetite!

yesterday n today was a victory!!!!

for yesterday:

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1 egg
lunch: 1 wholemeal bread + 1 egg
dinner: grilled chicken salad(lots of salad)

and as usual i have my 300ml low fat milk n its 150kcal only! supper yummy.


for today:

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1 egg
lunch: 1 wholemeal bread + 1 egg + 1 small apple
dinner: 1 medium bowl of tomyum soup(chicken + cauliflower + broccoli)

and they all are super YUMMY!

tomorrow i ll have same brekkie and planning to replace bread with potato(boiled) during lunch.
now the potato is boiling in my kitchen.

n since friday i started noticing all my cloth was loose a bit *yay*!

then tom is my plan.

brekkie: 1 egg, 2 toast
lunch: 1 egg, 1 toast
dinner: only milk.

hola

i guess when u fall sick the weight jz go down without noticing,
as for me i had my wisdom tooth taken out. n i sware it like dying.
for three days i only ate porridge n low fat milk. of course the doctor told
me to have ice cream. but  no way i l take it. its too sweet. n too fattening.

after 3days my weight was down 2kg(4lbs) n now i still maintaining it.
phewww... why in the earth women have issue with weight.

as for today:

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1 scramble egg(1 tbsp olive oil)
lunch: 4oz porridge + 1 grill fish + 2 slice cucumber
dinner: 1 handful or grape.

thats it n before bed im gonna have 250ml low fat milk(125kcal).
i need the habit for my teeth. and i think i stay below 1000kcal today.
but tomorrow i l have 500kcal. ONLY. hehe. if i have more than that
i ll do hardcore excercise. i really do.

story mory

ok. i have a little secret to tell u guys. long ago. like 4 years ago im weight
85kg. and i was sooo obese.. but yes i did have boyfriends. which is still my love now.

so i decided to lose some weight. i did lose. not some. but i lost 28kg. and people was stunned.
so jealous.. how i did that? in only 4 months, i only ate like this:

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1 boiled egg + 200ml low fat milk.
lunch    : 1 wholemeal bread + 1 boiled egg + 1 apple/orange/banana
dinner   : in the beginning i ate vege soup. towards the end i ate nothing n sleep on empty stomach.

so i dig my old food diary n i think i shud start them again since i gain all that again.
and even more. damn it. so tomorrow is a new day for my life.

my hell frens

ok today was a normal day until my frens invite(read force) me to lunch.
what the hell. so i ate n i puke damn hard in the toilet.
after i get my self unsweetend tea. feel good.

as for brekkie i had fitnesse 150kcal only. my belly felt good.

so thats all n no more dinner for me...

and then i hav waffle with zero cal pepsi and what is wrong with me? i m not even hungry!

now im hungry. maybe i l have fitnesse 150kcal. damn it!

i neglected u for 3 day. but can be sure my intake is no more than 1500kcal.
today i had fitnesse(150kcal), two meal nasi lemak, n 1 slice moist choc cake.
which i made n i use low fat milk. so tomorrow is a new day for me.

brekkie: fitnesse 150kcal
lunch: diet coke/unsweetend tea 3kcal
dinner: fitnesse 150kcal.

and i know i l do it. i dun do for my body. who will?

hell weekends

hai peeps. i swear i ate like hell dz 2 day(fri n sat). so tomorrow no more.
n my throat wont puke anymore. WTH.

 anyway i bought myself Nestle Fitnesse. if i ate 30g+skimmed milk i have
only 150kcal. im so happy. maybe i ll take it twice a day for brekkie n dinner.
for lunch hard boiled egg. as usual coffee is unlimited. love 'em.

i no dare to weight my self. wait until tomorrow nite. huhu. plez. plez. plez.
