hello dear...
i havent been upate for a while..
my life was as bz as hell..
working on weekday..
classes on weekend...
and i have to confess...
tat i have to a stage that i ate
very little food(well for me..)
breakfast i usually have 1 egg, i micro for 1 min on high. no fat added...
for lunch i always have coffee or coke lite... dinner is anything love bought/i cooked..
only 4tbsp..
n my weight was going down so fast...
i lost 2lb in 2 days...
i hope to maintain this way until i reach my UGW...110lbs
stay stong n think thin
