400kcal fer tomorrow..

fat n fab???? REALLY?

well im sure u all heard bout it.
n goddamnit i hate those. it was never true.
pls listen girl. if u r fat then u r ugly.
yes im telling u now...

skinny is beau..pretty..lovely..

today is my 1st time taking herbalife...
its quite pricey.. but i dun care.. i jz want
the fat off me.. i bought cappucino flavor..
nice..

brekkie: 1 serving shake
lunch: 1/2 serving rice/stir fry zucchini+egg
dinner: 1 serving shake...
10pm:2 toast+1/2 oz butter..

my intake was okay until i got VERY hungry at
10pm. damn it... but after i count them my
intake is around 700/800 kcal...
quite okay fer me fer starting..

trying damn hard!

so today is my 2nd day on adjusted ABC.
i gonna tell u. if u wanna do it. it was damn hard.
my intake today;

12pm: salmon + shitake mushroom
6pm: skimmed milk
9pm: 2 prawn + 2broccoli floret

i shud be taking 300kcal. but i think my
intake today is 400kcal. phew..phew..

fer salmon n shitake i made a soup
like dish. put lots of ginger n lemon juice
to override the fishy smell from salmon
n it was a huge succeed. the fish n shitake
was a wonderful combination.

and today i jz  could'nt bring myself
to do any exercise. my body is sore all over
due to JM 30 day shred yesterday. DAMN!

now im sipping my coffee(stevia) and cant
stop thinking....

shud i jz puke out the prawn n broccoli?

argh!

hell yes. yesterday at 1 point im so stressed
out. my mom called. my sister called. i mean
why dont they jz leave me alone.

then i gone wild n wanted to eat some
chocolate or maybe hot choc? then
i remember if i eat, then i ll have
more problem tomorrow. so i did it.
n just sip my unsweetened coffee..

YAY!

SHOPPING!!!!

but only fer food...

so today i went out with Love. cos my
healthy food is out of stock.

so i bought zucchini, cauliflower, and
shitake mushroom. im not sure how
to cook shitake but i ll browse in net.

then the most expensive of all is a
supersize prawn and norweighn salmon.
fer prawn i took 18pcs. fer salmon
i took 2 slice boneless and cured.
huuu damn expensive. but the
salmon i swear i took the biggest
and the fattest one. heeee.

cant wait to cook and eat em tomorrow...

so today im quite happy with my intake.

10am: 1/2 hard boiled egg
2pm: salmon w broccoli
7pm: skimmed milk+coffee

and i total all is 399kcal.

now im sipping my coffee(stevia only 3kcal)

and at 6pm i finished JM30 day shred.
and i felt wonderful...

so fer tomorrow i plan to keep myself under 300.

trying to cope!

okey. so today im trying to keep myself under 600.
cos its weekend. and my goal is lost 10lbs by nx week.

and as much as i can if im really hungry and have to
eat. i will avoid carbs. cos i cant really ctrl myself
with carbs. im sucks.

so far today i had 1 half boiled egg only.
half of it. thats all. and now im sipping
my supersize coffee+stevia only. i hope hunger
will go away..

meal plan!

so today i have to stay under 400kcal.
cos u know i wanna do the diet i mention earlier.
fer today so far i have eaten

egg M size - 90kcal
red bean 1serving - 106kcal
coffee with stevia - 3kcal so total so far is 199kcal

so i have around 200kcal more.

im planning for 1 skimmed milk 88kcal
and the other 100kcal i reserved fer something else.

and they are all beautiful..thinspo

i did not worry cos one day i know i will be there..

Skinny Girl Diet

This diet comes courtesy of walk_a_thin_line on xanga. She made this up because she wanted to do the ABC diet but the cals were to low for her.

Rules:

* Eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want, without counting them as calories.
* Work out at least 30 minutes, 5x a week.
* any extra calories going over the limit MUST be burned off in cardio


* weekends are in red

bought skim milk!

that was yay fer me cos i've been looking fer this so longggggg.
when i saw it i straight away grab it.

it taste good and also low in cal. only 88kcal per serving.

love it. love it. love it. as fer today meal;

brekkie: 1 kiwi
lunch:4oz white rice+1 grill fish+cucumber
4pm: went to ikea and ate set of 5pcs meatball(damn)

yes i went with Love and then i cant just dun eat.
so i ordered set of meatball(5pcs meatball,fries+lignonberry)
and yes the super delicious gravy.

so no more dinner fer me!

i dont care. yes i dun give a damn bout it.
yesterday was a victory fer me. cos i ate

brekkie: 1kiwi+1orange+unsweetened coffee
lunch: 1 slice beef(fat trimmed) + cabbage
dinner: 1 slice grilled chic breast+cabbage(again)

and still i felt i i ate alot and dz morning i lost 2lbs more.
n i love it damn much!

kinda busy!

yep yep i knoe i rarely update.

but today i managed to eat clean(i think)

brekkie: 1 egg+2 wholemeal toast
lunch: 40z rice+salmon+tomatoes
dinner: chicken+tomatoes soup+1 orange

i swear the tomatoes soup was super delicious!
