since im on high protein diet, so no cal count, only carb count

breakfast : 2 egg (1.4 carbs)
snack      : 2 sausage (3.2 carbs)
lunch       : 2 chicken (0 carbs)
snack      : 1 large seaweed (1 carbs)

total eaten : 5.6
carbs left : 14.4
