Skinny Girl Diet

i think i shud try dz one... afterall im desperate..

Skinny Girl Diet

This diet comes courtesy of walk_a_thin_line on xanga. She made this up because she wanted to do the ABC diet but the cals were to low for her.

Rules:

* Eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want, without counting them as calories.
* Work out at least 30 minutes, 5x a week.
* any extra calories going over the limit MUST be burned off in cardio


* weekends are in red
