meal plan!

so today i have to stay under 400kcal.
cos u know i wanna do the diet i mention earlier.
fer today so far i have eaten

egg M size - 90kcal
red bean 1serving - 106kcal
coffee with stevia - 3kcal so total so far is 199kcal

so i have around 200kcal more.

im planning for 1 skimmed milk 88kcal
and the other 100kcal i reserved fer something else.
