break - grapefruit+coffee w brown sugar
lunch - green tea
dinner - stir fry veg
for my blood type i shud always be vegan.. then this look like detox for me. i really need detox cos my body like whale this week. really heavy. im having water retention due to my period nx week.. and also for breakfast i shud have no brown sugar... myb splenda or stevia. then for dinner its written stir fry any veg and use only one teaspoon olive oil... i l try no salt also...
i think i shud get some exercise... even if im skinny i dun want any flabby... urm gonna think what i wanna do...
im fat n im hating everything about my body... cant wait for nx week cos this week im on vacay...
