portion n blood type diet...

yessss... afterna few years on diet... off n on...
i learn that if a person want to be thin.. slim.. beautiful... they need to have portion ctrl... no matter what u want eat.. let say u wanna eat cake, eat no more than 2oz.. an ice cream.. try only to eat 1spoonfull or 2 if u really cant resist..
i saw lot of my frens going low carbs.. but they ate real much.. like 3scramble egg.. than bowl of chicken soup.. couple of chicken slice... beef patty.. what is all that? Do wanna have heart attack? That is rubbish ok. me on the other hand ate big bowl of red melon n un sweetened tea,. but that is enough fer me.. think before u make any decision..

this week im on special occasion.. which there is a lot of food and food.. so people aspect me to eat.. so i eat.. eat.. and eat... then today i have non stop diorrhea.. vomitting.. thank god.. at least i will not gaining any.. myb after so long my stomach cant accept all that.. wednesday im going to highland.. will be cold n bought lots of new dress fe me.. after that im gonna try blood type die.. hope will work fer me.. here intenet connection is so bad.. till then.. i dun even know if i can publish this.
