my meal and weight in!

well guys, here;s my meal today

brekkie: 1 small plum
lunch: 1 grill chicken + tomato salad + tea
dinner: 1 grill chicken + 1 small plum.

i dun know how to estimate my calories intake.
but i hope its less than 500kcal..

as fer my weight, dz morning i weight myself.

and i lost 2lbs more. so totally dz week i lost 10lbs.
i hope can do dz good next week. i wanna say
hello to 17X lbs. pls. pls.

i cannot bear to be fat fer even 1 more day!
