dates diet

helo helo.. has anyone ever heard of it? none. cus i invented it haha.

well to cut the story. i am feeling dizzy n no energy last few days.
so i decided to have dates rather than bread,pasta rice.
so im trying to only have milk, yoghurt and dates only. coffee is unlimited 
cos i use artificial sweetener n keeping 
the calories under 500. huhu long journey...
