my routine

erm ni aku pnye cadangan jela. start esok. tapi ade gak yang aku dah start dr 2 minggu lepas.


morning before ke tempat keje:
1 gelas(300ml) susu HL.

breakfast:
2toast + 1 1/2 scramble egg.

lunch:
2 toast + 1 1?2 scramble egg

dinner:
chicken soup.
