hello guys. im back! from vacay. the place was so beautiful....
but i also gain few weight(i think so).. but i still manage to fit
all my clothes. so starting from tomorrow im gonna be pro ana
(hehe)plz dun be angry with. its just for 1-2 week until i lost whatever
i has gain. and decided to do dz diet:
brekkie: 1 hard boiled egg
lunch: 1 can tuna light
dinner: 1 low fat sausage.
but fer dinner im thinking of having protein shakes. cos here at
my place they dun have low fat sausages.(so sad)...
