weight in!

hello guys, dz morning i weight myself and i lost 2lbs. dats okay since
i know dz week i dun really eat clean. but i will try harder nx week
when im back from vacay...

tom im going. so plz dun miss me. haha? i did'nt know if there's
people been reading dz blog.

now 1.30am in the morning n im still packing my stuff. so sleepy
but i cant sleep yet. love in other world edi. he finished packing.
guess guys did'nt bring too much thing. haha.

dz what im eating today

brekkie: 2 wholemeal bread + 1 egg
snacks: 1 small cheese tart + fish crackers
lunch: 1 small bowl berm porridge + mango
dinner: 2 wholemeal bread + tuna light

p/s: today is a cheat day cos i read in other sites that when dieting
people need to have i days cheat day every 2weeks and it will kick
ur metabolism up.
