okay fwens, today i wanna tell u a bit bout my life.
see, everywhere u all see on fb, blogs,google or tv, they say if you
wanna lose weight healtyly and safe, do include some excercise.
as fer me, i dun really need them cos my work consists of walking,
running, lifting and bending alot. like ALOT!!!!
seriously. n my lifting could be up to 60lbs in 1 time. so count
bebeh how many calories i burnt in a day.
and again if ur work only need you to sit down all day at desk,
plz do get some excercise. its good for ur heart... n u ll lose
weight faster than ever.
